2.6 The sale of any items will also be refused to anyone reasonably considered to be unfit to purchase the item, including anyone who is considered to be under the influence of drink, drugs, or any other harmful substance.
3.1 Coupons are non-transferrable and have no cash value. Only the original receiver can use them.
3.2 Coupons cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount, and only one coupon can be used per transaction.

3.6 Coupons won on official SharpDeals competitions have a validity period of three (3) months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.

3.8 By using the coupon or participating in any SharpDeals competition, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as any additional rules specified in the competition terms and conditions.
4.1 All orders for goods or services shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase such goods or services pursuant to these terms and conditions.

4.3 Orders are subject to acceptance by SharpDeals and are subject to availability. If SharpDeals is unable to supply the goods or services, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods or services.

5.1 All orders are shipped via an age verification shipping service, such as Parcelforce’s age verification services. This service verifies your ID and age on delivery.
5.2 SharpDeals aims to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment.
5.3 Estimated delivery times will be provided in the order confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location.
5.4 Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you on the date when the goods are delivered to the delivery address.
6.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to SharpDeals within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
6.2 If the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact the distributor/supplier immediately.
6.3 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
6.4 If the item is being returned due to an error on the part of SharpDeals or the distributor/supplier, we will cover the cost of return postage. If the item is being returned for any other reason, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility.
